SEAT BLM 9000
A seat with clean and simple shapes developed by Kotobuki, born from the application of the best technology in blow molding, in a thin profile product, which can be installed at a minimum distance between axes of 42 cm.
With the seat folded down, the total depth of this model is only 35 cm, allowing for wide passageways between rows.
Seat and backrest of curved and ergonomic shapes, to provide a degree of comfort unusual in a seat of these proportions, made of high density polyethylene. A material that gives them great resistance and at the same time, provides a higher degree of comfort to the user.
The elements that join and fix the seat and backrest to each other, and the set to the bars, are made of cast aluminum, finished with epoxy polyester coating. Fastenings by means of metal inserts embedded in the casings themselves and stainless steel screws with allen head. This connection completely eliminates any point where fingers can be pinched.
Support bars for the seat-backrest assembly, made of circular section steel tube. They rest on and are fixed to cast aluminum feet, finished with epoxy polyester coating.
Seat folding is done by gravity and silently through a robust and durable, maintenance-free mechanism hidden inside the aluminum seat support.
USES AND APPLICATIONS OF THE BLM 9000 SEAT
In its basic version, the backrest is 80 cm. high and the minimum distance between axles is 42 cm. (without armrests).
It can be installed by attaching it to the footprint or riser of the bleacher. It can also be installed in layouts with straight rows or curved rows.
The versatility that characterizes its design allows the BLM 9000 model to grow in performance with the addition of various complements:
– Armrest.
– High backrest.
– Upholstered seat and back cushions.
– Cup holder attached to the back of the backrest
– Seat and row numbering.
BLM 9000 SUSTAINABLE SEATING
This product allows the use of upholstery woven with polyester yarns made from recycled PET bottles. In addition, to ensure the closing of the materials cycle, each and every element used in its manufacture can be recycled separately, thus reducing the ecological footprint.
